Hey there guys, it’s been quite a while since my last update. I took a pretty lengthy break from fighting games in general, especially Mortal Kombat 11. More than a few months passed where I didn’t even think about the game. But that is all about to change.

Last time I checked in, I was picking up Sub Zero as a main and getting dusted by TrueUnderdawgGaming. Since that fateful blog, I’ve taken a 3-4 month hiatus, hopped back on, cycled through 2 new mains, and played last KL for 3/4 weeks last time around.

RIP my Sub, you carry me no longer.

I recently undertook new employment, which will allow me more free time and weekends off, which will give me the ability to play more MK. This in turn has me much more motivated than normal, both to play MK and crush the will of my Nemesis, Urban Lion.

I am playing Raiden now, and I really enjoy it. I played him in MK9 and have wanted to ever since. The semi recent Thunderwave buffs gave me a reason, and I’m not looking back. I’ve been actually spending time in the lab, practicing Flawless Blocks, and working on my anti-airs.
